Despite what we tell our kids sadly we are not all knowing; we don’t know everything. But here’s the key; the purpose of good networking and developing solid relationships is to know who the experts are and share the information.
As many of you know I am planning on buying a new car and many have given me advice and suggestions; this is reducing my search time immeasurably. Still waiting for the free car, maybe when I win Publisher’s Clearing House?
Another aspect of learning where the experts are is learning to delegate and use your time wisely. Yes you can do a lot of things. Yes, you have specific criteria for how you want it done. Can someone else do it faster or better and free you up to do your area of expertise?
Sounds pretty powerful and all knowing to me!
