 It’s us!  I am not naive I know there are people who can’t find work and I know there are people in lower jobs but I also know there are people being sought by recruiters and jobs that companies are having trouble filling.

I also know a lot of people are starting and growing businesses.  There are new niches being created daily.  Here’s an old adage that fits this; if you always do what you always did you will always get what you always got.

If your business isn’t doing what you want take a good look at what you are doing, re-evaluate and re-invent.  Are you staying in touch with former clients?  Are you networking and more importantly following up?  Are you looking at what your customers want and need?

It is so easy to blame the economy, someone or something else.  I challenge each of you to look at what you are doing to get clients and to keep them.  I know there are things I need to improve and have to do before the end of the year for my goals.  What will you do?
